What happens after the worker arrives?

After arrival we coordinate reception and make sure the family knows who to contact if a question comes up in the first days. Those days are usually for settling in, not for a final judgment.

What we follow

• Reception is complete and the worker has reached the agreed address.
• Any question about tasks or communication during the settling-in period.
• The official path if a case needs to go back to the contract or to Musaned.

A replacement is not an open promise. It is a procedure with conditions in the contract and in Musaned rules, and we review them with you at signing so the expectation is accurate.
