Where does a recruitment request actually start?

• Which daily tasks does the household actually need?
• Are there preferences for language, experience, or country?
• What timing works for you?

The answers are not a rigid form. They decide whether recruitment, monthly hire, or a transfer is the closer path.

And after qualification?

We show the CVs closest to the description and explain the difference before the contract. The contract itself is completed through Musaned, and you stay informed of the stop the request is at.
